Position Summary
This role is responsible for facilitating all aspects of onboarding and credentialing for clinical and field-based personnel. The Clinical Onboarding and Credentialing Specialist will organize, maintain, and verify all aspects of the process and maintain current clinical and field-based staff files. Additionally, they will provide a positive customer service experience to team members, including clinical and field staff and payors, by being the point of contact and assisting them with related inquiries
Success Measures
Success measures include adherence to Centria policies, flawless execution of tasks, and meeting or exceeding personal qualitative and/or quantitative key performance indicator (KPI) metrics such as customer satisfaction, meeting targeted onboarding and credentialing timelines, and maintaining at or below metrics provided for credentialing denials.

<li>Create applicable internal and external accounts, as needed.</li>

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) for a full-time opportunity to complete home health visits to clients located throughout Ocean County, NJ.
As a Home Health Aide, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health aide, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Requirements:

<li>Have at least one year of work experience </li>
<li>Must be listed on the NJ HHA Registry, active and in good standing.</li>
<li>Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination</li>
<li>Have a criminal background check completed</li>
<li>Meet all state requirements</li>

Additional Information: Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation: $20.00 - $24.00 per point
