Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

<li>Provide exceptional primary care services to a predominantly adult patient population</li>
<li>Conduct routine physical exams, including Pap smears</li>
<li>Diagnose and treat common medical conditions while following established protocols to maintain consistency and accuracy.</li>
<li>Counsel patients on strategies to promote general wellness, offering clear and actionable guidance.</li>
<li>Manage urgent complaints that would be seen in a typical primary care clinic</li>
<li>Collaborate well with an interdisciplinary care team to drive quality outcomes</li>
<li>Review all labs and clinical documents in a timely manner</li>
<li>Complete charting in the electronic medical record within 72 hours of the encounter</li>
<li>Comfort seeing approximately 2-2.2 patients per hour on average, including walk-ins</li>
<li>Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all interactions, creating a respectful and positive environment for patients and staff. </li>
