The Donor Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of donor contributions to the organization. This role includes receiving donations, issuing receipts, and expressing ongoing gratitude to donors for their generous support. It will also involve tracking donor-funded projects to ensure gifts are used appropriately in a timely manner and reported on for impact. The specialist will ensure accurate and efficient accounting of donations while maintaining a positive relationship with donors. This position collaborates with the Advancement and Finance Teams.
 
Donation Tracking:

<li>Record and monitor all incoming donations using the organization’s donor management system.</li>
<li>Reconcile donation entries with bank transactions to ensure accuracy.</li>
<li>Manage donation workflow to ensure that donor intent is followed, and that the donor sees the direct impact of their giving so they can experience the joy of their generosity.</li>
</ul>
Receipts and Acknowledgments:
<ul>
<li>Prepare and issue tax-deductible donation receipts in compliance with legal requirements.</li>
<li>Develop and send personalized thank-you letters or emails to donors to acknowledge their contributions.</li>
</ul>
Reporting:
<ul>
<li>Generate financial reports related to donations, including monthly and annual summaries.</li>
<li>Provide insights on donor giving trends and patterns for fundraising strategy improvement.</li>
</ul>
· Oversee constituent management, queries, reports, lists, and constituent information needed for direct mail and other related projects as required. Donor Relationship Management:

Attention all Nurse Practitioners, we are calling you to partner with us as independent contractors providing services to our Military Service members. 
We primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in the State of Georgia on an "as needed basis". 
We provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following:

Responsibilities:

<li>Identify any concerns that need to be addressed immediately, inclusive of Behavioral Health. </li>
<li>Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record using the proprietary system.</li>

Requirements:
