<li>Maintains all assigned work queues according to supervisor’s instructions and guidance</li>
<li>Interacts positively and in a caring manner with patients, co-workers, and others to provide highest level of customer service</li>
<li>Answers incoming phone calls, schedules appointments, and refers to clinical team as needed</li>
<li>Sanitizes registration equipment between each use and restocks basic supplies</li>
<li>Other clerical duties as assigned</li>

<li>Evaluate residents using diverse tools and methods, including ACGME milestones and direct observation.</li>
<li>Promote a culture that prioritizes the wellbeing of residents, staff, and faculty.</li>
<li>Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality educational activities.</li>
<li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives and scholarly activities.</li>
<li>Serve as an advisor to residents, guiding them in setting individualized learning goals and plans.</li>
<li>Contribute to the resident recruitment process.</li>
<li>Actively engage in faculty development and administrative responsibilities.</li>
<li>Provide direct ambulatory care to a panel of patients (independent of resident involvement).</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as assigned by the Program Director to ensure the program’s success.</li>

REQUIRMENTS:&nbsp; 
<ul>
<li>Board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) and licensed or eligible for licensure in Minnesota.</li>
<li>Demonstrated passion for educating residents, medical students, and/or health science students.</li>
<li>Role includes 0.2 FTE outpatient direct patient care and 0.8 FTE core faculty responsibilities.</li>

COMPENSATION
<ul>
<li>$288,198 – $295,588. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.</li>
