Qualifications:

<li>Experience in dental office reception duties, including insurance verification, claims processing, and scheduling.</li>
<li>Knowledge of dental insurance policies, procedures, and terminology (knowledge of PPOs, HMOs).</li>
<li>Proficiency with dental office software and practice management systems (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental).</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to handle sensitive patient information confidentially.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and customer service.</li>
