We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism.
In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential. You will need to be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team environment. We will provide comprehensive training so that you are equipped and empowered to help each child, even if you don't currently have experience. SUMMARY
Provide support to the Compounding Pharmacist by performing clerical, customer service, and housekeeping duties to ensure the pharmacy runs smoothly.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Cleans the pharmacy room according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).</li>
<li>Stocks the cleanroom with necessary supplies used in compounding.</li>
<li>Monitors the usage of each drug. Stocks and maintains inventory for each drug.</li>
<li>Reviews, documents and files prescriptions.</li>
<li>Prints drug orders and makes logs for the ordered drugs which includes entering the prescription into the system, printing labels and attaching the labels to the drug products.</li>
<li>May compound drugs under the supervision of the pharmacist.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

<li>High school graduate.</li>
<li>State of Ohio pharmacy technician certification or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire date.</li>

 Overview: AIMS is seeking skilled Pharmacy Technicians to join our team and provide high-quality pharmacy services. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in inpatient, outpatient, and oncology pharmacy settings, ensuring adherence to The Joint Commission (TJC) standards. Responsibilities: General Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Assess patient responses to drug therapy and plan drug therapy based on physician-established diagnoses.</li>
<li>Receive and review prescriptions, including controlled drugs, on the pharmacy formulary.</li>
<li>Assess patient responses to prescription or non-prescription drugs according to established agreements and protocols.</li>
<li>Coordinate with prescribers to clarify issues with dosing, interactions, or instructions as needed.</li>
<li>Prepare replenishment orders, receive incoming stock, check for discrepancies, and rotate medication stock and supplies.</li>

Inpatient Pharmacy Technician Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Prepare sterile products and perform pharmaceutical calculations for various preparations.</li>
<li>Adhere strictly to sterile procedures and maintain equipment.</li>
<li>Prepare and fill physician orders for IV solutions, parenteral, and inpatient unit dose orders.</li>
<li>Perform maintenance on equipment to ensure sterility of IV products.</li>
<li>Participate in quality assurance data collection and review.</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Minimum one (1) year of experience within the last five (5) years as an inpatient, outpatient, or oncology pharmacy technician.</li>
<li>Graduate from a formal pharmacy technician program accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) or a similar program, including military training programs.</li>
<li>Certification by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB), Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT), or CHPhT.</li>
<li>Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA).</li>
<li>Compliance with applicable state laws concerning the profession.</li>
</ul>
