Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities

<li>The physician serves as medical director for skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and participates in administrative and quality initiatives for the facilities he or she is responsible for;</li>
<li>Medical directorship functions include attending and participating in monthly quality assurance and process improvement meetings; participating in quality improvement initiatives; providing guidance to facility staff; reviewing and revising (if necessary) facility's clinical guidelines; insuring compliance with state and federal regulations, training facility staff; and supervising facility clinical staff.</li>
<li>In addition to the medical director role, the physician also serves as the attending physician for the residents residing at each facility;</li>

Position will support surgical efforts at Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) for a predefined region. Position will coordinate with Surgeons and ASC technicians to train on the proper use of the RxSight insertion device(s). Position will provide consistent, high-level support to Customer sites, fostering full integration of RxSight products within the Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) in a predefined region. This position will also assist with customer consignment inventory reconciliation as well as proper reporting of implant usage and ordering processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Train Physicians and staff on RxSight Injector loading and delivery.</li>
<li>Communicate with sites to identify key on-site personnel, set proper expectations to ensure full site readiness to accept RxSight technology prior to customer onboarding.</li>

This is a full-time, day shift position; Monday through Friday. In this role you will care for Cardiology patients in Outpatient setting.&nbsp;
