The Intake Coordinator is responsible for all activities designated to processing referrals/intakes, including assisting the Clinical Liaison with established referral sources and building new referral sources. RISKS
The position involves everyday risk and discomforts, which require normal safety precautions typical of such placesas offices, meetings, training rooms, and other UHC health Care Sites.
