Now Hiring: Caregivers / Personal Care Attendants
Location: Midland, TX (79707)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
Are you a compassionate and dependable caregiver looking to make a real difference in someone’s life? Disability Services of the SouthWest is seeking dedicated Personal Care Attendants to support individuals with disabilities in the Midland area.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll provide essential support with daily living activities, including:
- Bathing, shaving, and oral care
- Routine hair and skin maintenance
- Dressing and toileting
- Meal preparation and feeding
- Shopping and errands
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Transfers and mobility assistance
- Encouraging exercise and wellness
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18 years or older
- CPR certification required
- At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Experience or training in providing personal care
- Must meet background requirements per state regulations
