Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to the following: MAJOR DUTIES

<li>Assesses nutritional and/or health risks, including an assessment of eating patterns, breastfeeding goals, economic and cultural background, food preferences, medical history, laboratory values, and other pertinent data. Determines and prioritizes the nutritional risks of clients based on established priority factors. </li>
<li>Prescribes a food package to address the individual client’s medical and nutritional needs, taking into consideration food preferences and cultural background, as well as the availability of refrigeration and cooking facilities.</li>
<li>Executes full access to the CARES module.</li>

POSITION SUMMARY
Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is an evidenced-based practice that offers treatment, rehabilitation, and community integration services to individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness. ACT uses a person-centered, recovery-based team approach to care and entails flexible service delivery, and crisis availability.
The ACT Clinical Manager will provide leadership and supervision to the clinical staff. The Clinical Manager will coordinate clinical services and monitor staff to ensure value-based care and services meet the standards of state, federal, and grantor regulations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Provide oversight and monitor the daily clinical operation of the ACT team</li>
<li>Evaluating the status of clients and plan appropriate to address changing needs.</li>
<li>Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills</li>
<li>Regularly evaluate individual and overall team performance; use collected data and information to make needed improvements such as adjustments to caseloads and work assignments to maximize quality of care, and staff productivity.</li>
<li>Assures staff and program goals are compliant with regulations and guidelines issued by the District of Columbia Department of Behavioral Health, Department of Health, Medicaid Program and other applicable laws and professional standards.</li>
<li>Manage and review treatment plans and clinical interventions.</li>

<li>Audits client records to ensure compliance with quality standards</li>
<li>Monitors treatment plans, progress notes, medication, education and management, discharge summaries and plans.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS

The Role
Arcadia Settlements Company is looking for a self-starter to join our remote field team as a Structured Settlement Case Manager. The Case Manager will be responsible for providing support to the field Consultant(s) and assisting with data entry of case work. This person is eager to learn a new industry and its intricacies along with being flexible and adept at handling competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Diaries and updates files in RESOLVER (completed within one day of notification).</li>
<li>Maintain office reference materials such as underwriting rules, life insurance company guidelines, inter-office filing system and other reference materials as needed.</li>
<li>Understanding of different life companies underwriting standards.</li>
<li>Proofs and distributes annuity policies and final documentation to clients (completed within one week of receipt of policy).</li>
