Now seeking a full time MRI Technologist at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. $5,000 sign on bonus!!
The duties include, but are not limited to the following:

<li>Perform routine diagnostic radiological procedures/services as appropriate to the TO.</li>
<li>Adhere to radiation safety policies and procedures in accordance with Radiology Department policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Send appropriate image series to the radiologist for reading according to MTF protocol.</li>
<li>Correctly position the patient for the examination and make technical adjustments necessary for the required examination. Determine if any special patient preparation is required.</li>
<li>Process digital images and submit for interpretation by radiologists.</li>
<li>Document all procedures and maintain records in accordance with MTF policy.</li>
<li>As directed, perform system calibrations and quality control tasks according to the manufacturer and MTF policy. Recognize artifacts and equipment errors and notify designated Government personnel of outlying values.</li>
<li>Initiate repair call procedures for equipment malfunctions by notifying designated Government personnel. Report problems to the Biomedical Repair Section and record the problem condition in the trouble call log book.</li>
<li>Observe and report to the radiologist any symptoms which have direct bearing on the patient's condition as a result of adverse reaction to contrast media and inform the radiologist of any condition requiring his/her attention. Recognize the need for and institute the necessary emergency measures for situations where a person requires resuscitation procedures due to cardiac or respiratory arrest.</li>

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduate from an academic program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).
Experience: Possess at least one (1) year full-time experience independently operating MRI equipment. 
Licensure/Certification: Current registration as a Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Must maintain currency during the duration of the contract.
Life Support Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA or ARC 
Security: Must be able to pass a Government background check and obtain a Government security clearance.

JOB SUMMARY:
Provides Outpatient addiction counseling and general outpatient services to a treatment court population. Assure adherence to state statutes and rules, CARF standards, and federal regulations including HIPPA and 42 CFR Part 2. Positively represents the organization and promotes Rimrock’s Mission to the community. 
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
<ol>
<li>Conducts outpatient therapy and/or ancillary groups as assigned for treatment court participants according to the written criteria, policies and procedures. This includes individual, group and family therapy. </li>
<li>Prepare timely and accurate records on patients and maintain substantial compliance on medical records audits. Assures all records meet state and CARF standards. </li>
<li>Function as a member of treatment team and demonstrate ability to coordinate needed services for patients, and to communicate with supervisor for court purposes, as well as providing input on client progress. </li>
<li>Complete weekly court reports and maintain records of progress for court. </li>
<li>Complete assigned court assessment in a timely manner and recommend appropriate placement.</li>
<li>Provides assessments on assigned clients using appropriate testing instruments and biopsychosocial. Applies patient placement criteria to assure appropriate referral of patients within the continuum of care.</li>
<li>Works with the Clinical Supervisor to interpret the biopsychosocial database for the purpose of identifying and prioritizing the clinical problems to be addressed. </li>
<li>Develops and implements the patients’ Master Individualized Treatment plans. </li>
<li>Coordinates and monitors with assistance from supervisor, the appropriateness and flow of all treatment services for assigned patients. </li>

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work is indoors in an office environment with moderate noise. Intermittent physical effort involving lifting of up to 25 pounds, walking and stooping is required. A typical workday involves sitting, frequent use of a keyboard, reaching with hands and arms, and talking and hearing, approximately 70% of the time. Approximately 30% or less of the time is spent standing. Normal vision abilities required, including close vision and ability to adjust focus.
