Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality Med/Surg Telemetry nursing care to adult patients.
- Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms, recognizing and responding to arrhythmias promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and patient needs.
- Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patients’ care plans.
