The Massage Therapist (MT) must possess and maintain an active, current, and unrestricted license or certification from the US jurisdiction where the service is to be provided. MTs provide prehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions in fighter aircrew. As such, the MT shall evaluate and provide massage therapy to fighter aircrew personnel as part of a prehabilitation program. Prehabilitation is intended to strengthen core musculoskeletal (MSK) system to enhance resistance to neck and back injury. Also, healthy lifestyle education is addressed as part of an overall health maintenance program to enhance injury resistance. Such massage therapy as part of an overall program, focusing on neck and back pain, will improve the overall quality of life for fighter aircrew.
 
Requirements:

<li>MT will have graduated from an accredited Massage Therapy certification program. </li>
<li>Current and unrestricted license or certification from the U.S. jurisdiction where services are provided.</li>

Molecular Genetic Scientist

The Molecular Genetic Scientist will be responsible for performing preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) and other molecular procedures in the Genomics Laboratory under the direction of the Scientific and Genetics Director. The Molecular Genetic Scientist must demonstrate knowledge and skills related to the various procedures performed in a PGT Laboratory. This position requires organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, self-motivation, excellent communication skills along with a high level of independent judgment and accuracy. This position entails both independent and strong teamwork as well as fosters cooperative working relationships with other departments. The Molecular Genetic Scientist reports directly to the Scientific and Genetics Director and takes daily direction from the Laboratory Manager/Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
 Precise acquisition of incoming patient blood and buccal swab samples.

<li>Accurately and efficiently process patient blood and buccal swab samples for DNA extraction</li>
<li>Methodically run PGT assays on embryonic biopsies following standard operating procedures including NGS and SNP microarray platforms.</li>
<li>Work to maintain a sterile environment to prevent DNA contamination and eliminate cross contamination between samples.</li>
<li>Accurately operates all instruments and equipment and records all information in log/lab books.</li>
<li>Perform daily, weekly, and periodic maintenance on equipment and instruments per lab standard operating procedures to assure integrity of the PGT Laboratory.</li>
<li>Perform tasks with meticulous attention to detail to assure accuracy in reported data.</li>
<li>Ship and document DNA sample collection kits to patients for PGT testing.</li>
<li>Accurately and efficiently complete data entry into Microsoft Office programs to maintain PGT databases.</li>

Essential Functions:

<li>Provides telephonic and/or in person health coaching and consultation for participants and members, while meeting company policies and procedures. Verifies and documents member eligibility for services. Investigates, reviews, and maintains data related to treatment, care and/or related services and identifies barriers that could affect or interfere with treatment effectiveness or adherence. </li>
<li>Performs triage and urgent clinical risk assessment, clinical expert consultation, short-term problem resolution, clinical emergency or urgent services coordination, referral and/or follow up for members seeking services, as needed. </li>
<li>Participates in organization determinations for either Inpatient or Partial Hospitalization cases including pre-certification and concurrent reviews, while discussing clinical/medical necessity concerns within house Physician Advisor, as needed. Collaborates with other professionals to obtain better treatment results and overall care. Communicates and interacts via “live” encounters with providers to facilitate and coordinate the activities of the Utilization Management process. </li>
<li>Verifies and adjusts Census reports for all Inpatient/Partial Hospitalization facilities, conducts concurrent and retrospective reviews while meeting company policies and procedures. Collaborates with facilities in the Discharge planning. Completes Discharge summary using the clinical information provided by facilities at case closure. Generates authorization numbers for payment purposes, for all Inpatient or Partial services as determined in the review process. </li>
<li>Applies APS authorization process (Milliman standards, policies, procedures, and contractual agreements) to submitted information. Authorizes services in accordance with medical and health guidelines. </li>
<li>Coordinates with the referral source if there is not sufficient information available to complete the authorization process. Advises the referral source and requests specific information necessary to complete the process. Documents the request and follows process for requesting additional information. </li>
<li>Provides timely verbal/email/fax organization determinations to the requesting provider and/or members as per policy. Submits appropriate documentation/clinical information to clerical support for record keeping, mailing notifications and documentation requirements. </li>
<li>Recognizes opportunities for referrals to Behavioral Health Case Management and refers accordingly. Identifies quality concerns through the review process and refers them to Quality Department for further investigation.</li>

Minimum Qualifications

<li>Current DC professional license (MD/DO, NP, or PA)</li>

<li>Board certified or board eligible in specialty area (must be certified within 1 year of hire)</li>
<li>Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule and occasional weekend/evening coverage</li>

About What You’ll Work On:
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a group of developmental disabilities that can cause significant social, communication, mental health and behavioral challenges.&nbsp;
Although autism can be diagnosed at any age, it is described as a “developmental disorder” because symptoms generally appear in the first 2 years of life. People with ASD may face a wide range of issues, which means that there is no single best treatment for ASD. Working closely with a health care provider like MeBe Family&nbsp; is an important part of finding the right combination of treatment and services. (Reference, National Institute of Mental Health)
As a Behavior Technician,

You'll teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting to kiddos with autism in their home or at MeBe’s Learning Center clinic
</li>
<li>
You’ll follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs that help increase the kiddo's communication, self-help, social and play skills.
</li>
<li>
You’ll relay info on your kiddos’ progress to BCBAs to keep them informed and assist with BCBA assessments.
</li>
<li>
At the end of each session, you’ll accurately record the kiddo’s behavior analysis and progress in our data collection system Central Reach using your work assigned tablet.
</li>
<li>
You’ll be responsible for clocking in, submitting your session notes and clocking out to align with strict ABA and Insurance provider regulations.
</li>
<li>
You’ll help keep our workplace shipshape, safe, and super organized.
</li>
<li>
You’ll help our kiddos with lunch breaks, bathroom breaks and diaper changing.
</li>
<li>
You’ll help with projects and tasks as directed by your Site Director and Clinical Supervisors.

You’ll voice questions, issues and concerns to your supervisors as appropriate and take co-ownership of treatment planning.

Qualifications:

RBT/ CBT certification preferred. Must obtain RBT/CBT certification within 60 days of employment (MeBe will help you!)

Prefer a background in child care; teaching, counseling, babysitting.
</li>
<li>
Ability to frequently bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), squat, sit, stand, and/or run, (without reasonable accommodations), see with prescription lenses, and hear with hearing aids.

Previous training in First Aid Certified and CPR is preferred

Ability to pass a background check.

Ability to work with computers.
