Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) ready to lead with compassion and clinical excellence? Aspen Meadows Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager to oversee the daily operations of an assigned nursing unit while ensuring exceptional resident care and supporting the growth of our nursing team.

As an RN Unit Manager, you'll provide clinical leadership, mentor nursing staff, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and help create an environment where residents receive the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit.

  • Lead, coach, and support licensed nurses and nursing assistants.

  • Ensure residents receive individualized, high-quality care in accordance with their care plans.

  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and respond to changes in resident conditions.

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.

  • Participate in care planning, admissions, transfers, and discharges.

  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation and compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.

  • Monitor infection prevention, quality assurance, and resident safety initiatives.

  • Assist with staff education, performance improvement, and clinical training.

  • Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

  • Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.

  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
