Qualifications: To be considered for this exciting role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:

<li>Board certification in Urology.</li>
<li>An Active MN license or IMLC </li>
<li>Active ACLS (from the AHA)</li>

<li>Excellent diagnostic skills and proficiency in performing urological procedures.</li>

 Shift: 24- hour call coverage A minimum of 1 week per month starting as soon as credentialed (Include availability in presentations) Patients per day: 5-15 Cases: General Adult Urology required. Graduate from an accredited respiratory care/therapy program &nbsp;
Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Provides respiratory care through patient assessment, planning, intervention, education and evaluation.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Performs all general and critical care respiratory care procedures and diagnostics on patients ages infant through adult.
<ul>
<li>These duties include but are not limited to; mechanical ventilation, airway management, critical care transport, arterial blood gas puncture, medication delivery, bronchial hygiene, patient assessments and education.</li>
</ul>

</ul>
Schedule: Six 8-hour shifts per pay period (two week period), every other weekend &amp; holiday requirement. Rotating days, evenings, nights. Shifts are 0630 - 1500, 1430 - 2300, 2230 - 0700.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must hold and maintain certification by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or a Certified Respiratory Therapist, or equivalent</li>
<li>Must hold state licensure in appropriate state of practice upon hire or have applied and are waiting for state licensure in appropriate state of practice to award licensure not to exceed 30 days from date of hire</li>
<li>Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month of hire</li>
