Essential Functions
As a CT Tech, you will play a vital role in our team. Your responsibilities will include:
<ul>
<li>Performing CT procedures with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Obtaining patient history, explaining procedures, and addressing concerns.</li>
<li>Producing computerized tomographic scanner radiographs as per departmental procedures.</li>
<li>Applying ionizing radiation to detect pathology.</li>
<li>Regulating equipment for x-ray film exposure and documenting PACS imaging.</li>
<li>Operating equipment safely while adhering to SimonMed standards.</li>
<li>Building strong professional relationships with colleagues and facility staff.</li>
<li>Utilizing your experience and judgment to achieve goals.</li>
<li>Working under general supervision and performing additional duties as assigned.</li>

Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Certification as a Radiologic and Computerized Tomography Tech by the State.</li>
<li>Registration as an RT and CT Technologist by the A.R.R.T.</li>
<li>Valid hands-on CPR certification is required.</li>
</ul>
Physical Demands
This position may involve lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for extended periods, and frequent standing and walking.
Dress Attire
Business casual or scrubs, depending on the department.
