We are looking for an Audiologist to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
The Veteran files the claim before they see you. All of their medical records are uploaded into a computer portal and you will be able to review these during the appointment. You will conduct a Maryland CNC Test and Puretone Audiometric test. The Audiologist will complete a Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) in the computer portal. This forms the medical evidence that allows the VA to decide the veteran’s benefits.
Audiologist will NOT prescribe any medical treatments or devices.
This position will review and assess 3-6 Veterans per day on average.
Schedule: 3 consistent days/week | M-F: 8am-5pm
This is an IN-PERSON position that offers: 1 hour to 1 hour &amp; 30 minutes per patient. No evenings, no on-call, no weekends, no hearing aid sales

Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Required Experience:

Contract Description
Your services support the Veterans Benefits Administration Medical Disabilities Examinations program. Veterans are scheduled for appointments at contracted facilities for compensation and pension exams and embeds practitioners in facilities as needs warrant. Dedicated facilities are in areas where there is a large Veteran population with the potential for high volume.
<ul>
<li>The compensation and pension exam helps the VA answer questions about Veterans' current health. The practitioners will not decide the percent of disability or rating, develop treatment plans, or prescribe medication.</li>
<li>Completed documentation is sent to the VA for final determination on all disability claims.</li>
<li>Prior to the exam, the practitioner reviews a Veteran's medical or mental health history, using electronic bookmarks that highlight the portions applicable to the Veteran's claimed condition.</li>
<li>The practitioner is guided through a web-based examination form in Client's Provider Portal to capture the Veteran's responses during the exam.</li>
<li>Electronic exam documentation is known as a Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) and must be submitted promptly within 48 hours of each appointment.</li>
<li>The number of DBQs completed per exam will vary based on the Veteran's claimed conditions.</li>
<li>Administrative time is provided to complete exam documentation and ensure timely submission.</li>
<li>The documentation is reviewed by a team of medical professionals to ensure contract compliance and guarantee the verbiage aligns with customer requirements.</li>
<li>Requests for changes or corrections to exam documentation must be submitted within 48 hours of the appointment.</li>
<li>Review pertinent medical history documentation and provide one-time, non-treatment compensation and pension exams for Veterans.</li>
<li>The Practitioner will capture responses during the exam through a web-based examination form; all documentation will be completed electronically.</li>

We are seeking a skilled Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) to join a healthcare facility in Duluth, MN on a 13-week travel assignment. The RN will provide critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions requiring continuous monitoring, advanced nursing interventions, and multidisciplinary collaboration. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, adaptable, and experienced in high-acuity ICU environments.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Deliver direct and continuous nursing care to critically ill patients.</li>
<li>Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage complex IV therapies.</li>
<li>Operate and monitor advanced medical equipment including ventilators and infusion pumps.</li>
<li>Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team on treatment plans.</li>
<li>Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.</li>

Qualifications
