What do Nursing Supervisors do at Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services?
The Nursing Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of quality nursing care for all patients on all units during their assigned shift. The Nursing Services Supervisor will adjust staffing as necessary for the evening, night and weekend shifts. The Nursing Services Supervisor will oversee all unit activities including, but not limited to, admissions, discharges, crisis intervention, restraint and/or seclusion and relieving for break or meals. The Nursing Services Supervisor manages the Registered Nurses and Mental Health Technicians working on the unit as part of the nursing team. Provides medication for the nursing staff when the Pharmacy is closed. Reports employee performance and/or relations issues to appropriate Nursing Services Manager. The Nursing Services Supervisor will coordinate all medical codes, whether real or mock, and ensure they are carried out appropriately and safely.

Wehave an amazing opportunity for a&nbsp;Per Diem (PRN) Physical Therapist at Lake Lodge Nursing &amp; Rehabilitation!&nbsp;
We are looking for a&nbsp;PT&nbsp;to join our in-house team of outstanding professionals that service our residents through person-centered care to achieve positive outcomes!
Flexible scheduling available with ideal candidates having weekday and weekend availability!&nbsp;
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Consulting with patients to learn about their physical condition.</li>
<li>Assessing and interpreting patient evaluations and test results.</li>
<li>Developing treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques.</li>
<li>Creating personalized rehabilitation programs for patients.</li>
<li>Administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, improve or restore function, and promote healing.</li>
<li>Ensure all treatment delivered is in accordance with the established plan of care.</li>
<li>Monitor patient response to treatment intervention and modify treatment approach and directive as clinically appropriate with IDT collaboration.</li>
<li>Provide clinical support and education to patients, family members, and caregivers.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care is provided.</li>
<li>Ensure documentation is completed thoroughly and timely and complies with all company and state/federal regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Attend required meetings as designated by the Director of Rehab.</li>
</ul>
Physical Therapist Skills:
<ul>
<li>SNF/Long term care experience preferred.</li>
<li>Current knowledge of treatment practices</li>
<li>Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.</li>
</ul>
Physical Therapist Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Active/Valid Texas license in Physical Therapy</li>
<li>In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards</li>
</ul>
