What We’re Looking For:

<li>Currently enrolled in dental school and soon to graduate, or extensive experience as an unlicensed dental assistant.</li>

Compensation:
$21 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Clean, sterilize, and disinfect dental instruments and equipment following OSHA, CDC, and clinic protocols.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain sterilization logs to ensure proper documentation and compliance with infection control standards.</li>
<li>Set up and restock operatories with sterile instruments, trays, and supplies for dental procedures.</li>
<li>Inspect instruments for damage or wear and report any concerns to the clinical team.</li>
<li>Operate autoclaves and other sterilization equipment according to manufacturer and safety guidelines.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized sterilization area, ensuring all surfaces are disinfected and supplies are properly stored.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels of sterile supplies and communicate needs for reordering or restocking.</li>
<li>Follow all safety protocols to protect patients and staff from cross-contamination or infection.</li>
<li>Assist clinical staff as needed with chairside setup, breakdown, and cleaning between patients.</li>
<li>Support compliance efforts related to OSHA, HIPAA, and internal infection control policies.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience working with children.</li>
<li>Currently enrolled in dental assisting school or have experience working as an unlicensed assistant.</li>
<li>Computer Skills.</li>
<li>Superb communication skills.</li>
