As a Physician Assistant with Jamshid Tamiry, M.D., P.C., dba QTC Medical Group of Alaska a Leidos QTC Health Service affiliated professional corporation, you will conduct a variety of general medicine, occupational, and disability health examinations including, but not limited to:

<li>Reviewing medical history and associated records</li>
<li>Interpreting clinical data</li>
<li>Completing written reports and generating independent medical opinions (IMO)</li>

The examinations may be completed in-person (in a clinic setting), in the examinee’s home, telephonically, at large event settings for the Reserve Health Readiness Program, or using telehealth platforms.
You will also have the ability to travel (up to 30%) to provide physical examinations for veterans and service members in multiple locations throughout the country. All travel expenses are covered and a per diem will be received.&nbsp;
Pay Range:
Salary: $120,000 - $170,000&nbsp;with a potential annual bonus up to 30%.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Physical exams for a variety of customers to include federal, defense and others.</li>
<li>Occupational health exams to include pre- and post-employment and annual physicals.</li>
<li>Written medical opinions based on provided medical records/information and acceptable clinical evidence (ACE)</li>
<li>Provide telephonic and virtual exams</li>
<li>Unique exam settings - homebound, event sites, etc.</li>
<li>Completion of Veterans Benefits Administration Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs)</li>
<li>Provide primary medical evaluations to include, but not limited to: review of systems, pap smear, and range of motion</li>
<li>Complete initial review and interpretation of diagnostic studies to include but not limited to: &nbsp;laboratory, pulmonary function and ECG studies</li>
<li>Documentation of examinee records in appropriate systems.</li>
<li>Collaboration with other professional and clinical staff as needed and communicate with internal and client team members in determining the most effective and evidence-based way forward on behalf of the examinee population.</li>
</ul>

<li>From a primary care perspective, be able to fully assess examinee health status through physical examinations.</li>
<li>Analytical ability necessary to evaluate and render medical opinions.</li>

<li>Technically competent with computers/tablets to include proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and using Electronic Medical Records</li>

Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate &amp; licenses)
Required:

<li>Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited university or college</li>
<li>Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of post-graduate primary care / internal medicine experience.</li>
<li>Unrestricted State medical licensure without limitations to perform full scope of authorized practice in the state of hire.</li>
<li>Valid BLS OR ACLS certification</li>

<li>Ability to obtain DEA license</li>

<li>Ability to earn and maintain clinical training/certifications as required by current and future contracts.</li>

OUR UNIT:
Join our Emergency Department (ED), a dynamic unit with 11 medical beds and 6 psychiatric beds, providing urgent care for a wide range of patient needs, including medical, surgical, trauma, pediatric, orthopedic, psychiatric, and behavioral health concerns. We also occasionally care for OB/GYN and dental issues, making this a fast-paced and diverse environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make an impact.
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Clifton Springs Hospital, you are the engine and the heart of patient care at Rochester Regional Health. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides high-quality, patient-centered, clinical care
</li>
<li>
Performs initial and ongoing assessment of the patient, utilizing appropriate data (i.e. physical, psychological, educational and risk-screen data appropriate for the chronological / developmental age of the patient).

<li>
Communicates and documents assessment of patient with the interdisciplinary team. Utilizes all available resources in order to meet the needs of the patient and family.
</li>
<li>
Develops and documents plan of care, treatment and services which is individualized and appropriate for the patient needs, strengths, limitations and goals.
</li>
<li>
Complies with organizational policies, procedures and protocols including policies governing safety, medication administration and documentation.
</li>
<li>
Revises plan of care based on ongoing evaluations and updates documentation appropriately.
</li>
<li>
Completes at least one clinical research utilization (CRU) form for submission to Nursing Research Department utilizing a research article from the last 5 years from research performed in the United States. Compliance

<li>
Completes a minimum of 5 nationally approved contact hours (CNE or CEU) per year.
</li>
<li>
Completes mandatory in-services and health screens in timely manner.
</li>
<li>
Maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
</li>

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing

Registered Nurse license in New York State.
