<li>Conduct phlebotomy and proficiently perform lab draws following proper protocols.</li>
<li>Administer Point-of-Care (POC) testing such as glucose, urinalysis, rapid strep, and COVID tests.</li>
<li>Support both front and back office operations, including patient check-in/out, scheduling, and documentation.</li>
<li>Assist providers with clinical procedures and ensure exam rooms are properly stocked and sanitized.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.</li>
<li>Coordinate occupational health services such as pre-employment physicals, drug screens, and immunizations.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with OSHA and clinic safety standards during occupational health assessments.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and interdisciplinary team members.</li>
