Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Quality Inspectors to join our team in a cleanroom environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and operational efficiency, working closely with the Quality Lead and Operational Quality Manager.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assist in coordinating and executing quality objectives to maximize product quality and efficiency.</li>
<li>Support and comply with company policies including cGMP, ISO Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, and Continuous Improvement.</li>
<li>Read and interpret part drawings, data, manuals, and other materials to determine specifications and procedures.</li>
<li>Analyze test data and make necessary computations to determine test results.</li>
<li>Select and collect samples for testing or as models.</li>
<li>Compare product attributes with standards to verify conformance.</li>
<li>Review and approve lot documentation to ensure compliance.</li>
<li>Reject products and materials not meeting specifications.</li>
<li>Discuss inspection results and recommend corrective actions.</li>
<li>Inspect and measure materials and products for conformance to specifications.</li>
<li>Mark items with grade and acceptance or rejection status.</li>
<li>Measure product dimensions using various instruments.</li>
<li>Write nonconformance, rework instructions, and deviation reports.</li>

Essential Skills
