Schedule:
- 8 am-4:30 pm M-F or 8:30 am-5 pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate:
- $20-$24/ hour DOE
Experienced Accounts Payable Job Description:
- Data entry and auditing invoices, sorting the AP inbox and prioritizing emails
- Provide excellent communication (verbal/written) interoffice and all levels of the company
- Review vendor invoices for accuracy
- Tuesday-Thursday payment releases
- Fridays expense report auditing and reimbursements for up to 24 companies
Experienced Accounts Payable Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Great Plains experience is a plus
- Solid work history
- Strong communication skills
