ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I'm excited to have opened my State Farm agency in 2026 and am building a team from the ground up. Before becoming an agent, I spent 30 years in financial services with Jackson National Life, where I developed a passion for coaching, leadership, and helping people achieve their goals. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, snowboarding, and spending time with my family, including my two children and our dogs.
As a new agency, we're focused on building lasting relationships with our customers and creating a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. I believe in investing in people and helping them build successful, rewarding careers.
Our agency offers a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. As we grow, you'll have the opportunity to grow alongside the agency while receiving ongoing coaching and support.
Our culture is built around a get-it-done attitude, teamwork, and continuous growth. I consider myself a player's coach who enjoys training, mentoring, and investing in my team. I'm looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, and eager to grow. My goal is to be a positive influence in my team members' lives while helping them build a successful career.
