Beast Mode Truckin is hiring Class A CDL drivers. New CDL graduates are encouraged to apply. This regional driving opportunity features predictable lanes, company‑maintained equipment, and a structured trainer program to support new drivers’ transition to professional driving.
Key responsibilities
- Operate 53' dry van trailers safely and professionally on regional OTR routes.
- Perform drop‑and‑hook operations and occasional live load/unload deliveries; operate under 100% no‑touch freight where applicable.
- Complete pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections; report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate driver logs and required documentation in accordance with federal and company regulations.
- Adhere to company safety policies and maintain professional conduct with customers and team members.
Training, schedule & equipment
- OTR trainer program for approximately 4–6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months’ experience; new graduates are eligible for trainee pay during this period.
- Regional lanes originate in the Central US (KS) and run east to PA, north to MN and south to GA.
- Weekly home time on weekends with typical schedules such as Sun–Thu or Tue–Sat; drivers must be available for day or night shifts.
- Typical weekly mileage: 1,700–2,400 miles.
- Company‑maintained 53' dry van trailers; majority drop‑and‑hook operations provide predictable work flow.
Compensation & benefits
- $1,100–$1,400 per week (varies by miles and experience).
- Per mile pay: $0.56–$0.64 (dependent on experience).
- Trainee pay: $650+ per week for approximately 4–6 weeks during training.
- Stop pay: $15 per stop.
- Monthly performance bonus: $0.06 per mile (eligibility criteria: over 9,200 miles driven, no accidents, fuel at 7 MPG).
- Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.
Minimum requirements
- Minimum age 21 and valid Class A CDL.
- Graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of training.
- Fairly clean driving record: no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years; no DUI convictions within the past 5 years.
- No felony or misdemeanor convictions within the past 5 years.
- Stable work history (generally no more than 6 months unemployed in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years; exceptions for schooling/training may apply).
- Not terminated from most recent job for cause.
- Able to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screening and required background checks.
