Compensation and Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

<li>Income Collection &amp; Accounts Payable
<ul>
<li>Maintains accurate resident records. Updates all rents, deposits and application fees received from residents on a daily basis. Issue appropriate notices when necessary (e.g. late payments, eviction notices, returned check memos).</li>
<li>Deposits all receipts prior to bank close each day.</li>
<li>Enters invoices daily into appropriate system for timely payment.</li>
<li>May use and reconcile property credit card in accordance with accounting policies and deadlines.</li>
<li>Assists with month-end procedures including deposit accounting, variances, expiring leases, write off register, receivable aging, security deposit activity and gross potential rent.</li>

<li>Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contributes ideas to Community Manager for marketing community and improving resident satisfaction.</li>

<li>Updates required reports concerning move-out notices, activity, etc. on a daily basis and provides information to the Community Manager.</li>

<li>Processes all security deposit move-out reports.</li>
<li>Accepts service requests from residents and routes to maintenance for prompt processing. May conduct service follow-up with resident when work is completed.</li>

Desired Skills and Experience:
