We are seeking a compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to provide excellent patient care and support our daily office operations.
Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Greet patients, take vital signs, collect specimens, and assist with medical procedures.
- Medication: Administer medications, including injections and inhalation treatments.
- Chart Prep & Admin: Prepare patient charts for physicians, manage electronic health records (EHR), schedule appointments, and handle referrals.
- Patient Support: Answer inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and educate patients on treatments.
- Clinic Safety: Maintain a clean work environment and follow infection control protocols.
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant Certification from an accredited program.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and basic clinical procedures.
- Experience with EHR systems and medication administration.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well in a team.
- Preferred: Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient clinic.
