Pay Ranges

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.&nbsp;Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range.&nbsp;The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.&nbsp;An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Manager (SAFE) for National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. <li>Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaborating and building strong partnerships to deliver a customer-centric experience</li>
<li>Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent</li>
<li>This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction. As such, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results. Required Qualifications:

<li>4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education</li>
