Job Description: Are you a proven leader with door-to-door experience who knows how
to build, motivate, and manage a winning team?
We are a fast-growing home improvement company looking for an aggressive, results-driven Field Marketing Director to take over our neighborhood outreach program. In this role, you won't
just be knocking on doors; you will be the architect of our field marketing team. Your primary
focus will be recruiting, training, and managing a team of canvassers to generate high-quality
leads and set appointments for our sales team.
If you have a background in D2D sales, roofing, solar, or exterior remodeling, and you know
how to turn a group of rookies into top-producing appointment setters, we want you leading our
front lines.
What You Will Do:
● Build the Team: Actively recruit, interview, and hire high-energy canvassers.
● Lead from the Front: Conduct daily meetings, provide hands-on field coaching, and do
ride-alongs/walk-alongs to demonstrate success.
● Manage Territories: Strategically assign neighborhoods and map out daily turf for your
team to maximize contact rates.
● Track Performance: Monitor daily/weekly KPIs, track leads generated, and ensure the
team is hitting their appointment-setting quotas.
● Motivate & Inspire: Create a high-energy, positive team culture through incentives,
contests, and ongoing coaching.
What We Are Looking For:
● Proven experience in door-to-door (D2D) canvassing, direct sales, or field marketing.
● Previous management or team lead experience is highly preferred.
● Deep understanding of objection handling and the psychology of D2D lead generation.
● Strong recruiting and training skills—you know how to recognize potential and build
talent.
● Excellent communication and organizational skills.
● Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
