Pay: $20.00/hr + 10% Shift Differential
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM

Sterling Engineering is hiring Assemblers for a well-established manufacturing company in West Palm Beach. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, building high-quality products, and being part of a team in a clean, organized manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do:
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand and power tools
- Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and resistance meters
- Package finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For:
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
- Electrical or mechanical trade school experience is a plus
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Physical Requirements:
- Stand for most of the shift
- Lift up to 35 pounds on a regular basis
- Perform repetitive hand movements throughout the day
- Bend, reach, push, pull, and handle materials safely
