PARALEGAL -LITIGATION PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY
FIRM LOCATION: WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA.
A mid-sized law firm located in West Palm Beach, Florida, has an immediate opening in its litigation practice for an experienced plaintiff litigation paralegal. Pre-lit is handled by other staff. They are adding to their team of professionals.
Paralegal duties and responsibilities
- E-Filing
- Setting Hearings, Scheduling Depositions, calendaring etc.
- Trial preparation-trial experience(a plus)
- Discovery
Paralegal requirements and qualifications
- Plaintiff Personal Injury
- Florida law experience
- Excellent tenure
- Self motivated
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Team player
Excellent work environment and compensation.
