We are a busy, fast‐paced endocrinology practice seeking a reliable and skilled Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, patient‐focused, and comfortable working in a high‐volume clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform venipuncture accurately and efficiently (must be proficient in drawing blood)

Prepare specimens for lab processing

Room patients and obtain vitals

Assist providers with clinical tasks and procedures

Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and work areas

Experience with EHR systems, especially eClinicalWorks (ECW), strongly preferred

Update patient charts and ensure accurate documentation

Support front and back-office workflow as needed
Qualifications
-
Phlebotomy experience required (minimum 1 year preferred)

Medical Assistant certification or relevant experience

Strong communication and patient‐care skills

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Experience in endocrinology or chronic disease management is a plus
