Industrial Maintenance Technician Assistant/Production
Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician assistant, helping our current technician, to oversee the installation and maintenance of our production equipment. As an industrial maintenance technician assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical equipment.
Duties will Include:
1. Installing new production equipment
2. Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints/manuals.
3. Servicing and maintaining equipment
4. Inspecting and assessing the functionality of production machines
5. Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns
6. Adjusting mechanical parts using hand and machine tools
7. fabricating parts for repairs and machine upgrades
8. Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks
9. Communicating with the production team and maintaining clean work areas
10. Preparing and submitting maintenance reports
Requirements:
In depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical system maintenance. Experience on liquid fill lines, powder lines, gels, capsules and soft gel and gummy line.
