MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Graduate of Registered Nurse Program
\n
Experience:

Outpatient/Ambulatory Experience Preferred
\n Chemotherapy Experience Preferred
\n
License:

REGISTERED NURSE

Certification:

BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
\n ACLS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN) WITHIN 90 DAYS
