We're a 5 physician orthopedic practice. Responsibilities will include, checking patients in & out, collecting deductibles and copayments. Verifying insurance benefits (experience preferred but will train), creating new patient files. Answering telephones, scheduling appointments. Also scheduling follow up appointments for patients in office. Preparing work for the following day(s). Balancing monies at the end of the day, running appropriate reports. This is a very fast paced and growing orthopedic practice and the ideal candidate should be organized and able to multi task.
We're looking for someone who can be a team player, work well with others, be reliable, have integrity and loyalty.
