Our client is a specialized architectural metals company focused on the design, fabrication, and installation of custom aluminum, glass, and metal systems for residential, multifamily, commercial, and specialty construction projects across the United States.
The organization delivers highly customized architectural solutions, including railings, glass railings, stairs, handrails, pergolas, gates, fences, screen enclosures, glass systems, and other complex metal structures that require a strong combination of technical precision, constructability, and manufacturing expertise.
We are currently seeking an Welding Fabricator Shop Manager to lead the operations of a metal fabrication shop and ensure excellence in manufacturing processes for our client in Florida.

What will you do in this position?
You will join a company backed by a private investment fund that is transforming traditional businesses across the United States, particularly in the metal fabrication and construction sectors.
Your mission will be to lead the fabrication shop, ensuring the efficient execution of production processes—from manufacturing to final delivery—while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the fabrication of metal parts (cutting, welding, and bending)
- Lead a team of approximately 8 welders/fabricators
- Ensure product quality and compliance with technical specifications
- Guarantee adherence to production schedules and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to execute projects accurately
- Optimize shop processes to improve productivity and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards
What should you have beforehand?
We are looking for professionals who have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the metal fabrication industry
- Proven experience leading teams in fabrication shop environments
- Strong knowledge of welding, cutting, and metal bending processes
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
- Availability to work in Palm Beach County (ideally based in the area or in Miami)
