<li>Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations.</li>
<li>Prepare federal and state information for tax accountant</li>
<li>Prepare yearly sales tax returns</li>
<li>Ensure efficient and effective internal controls are in place for accounting processes</li>
<li>Work with the Company's insurance agent on yearly renewals</li>
<li>1099 and TIN matching program, filing reports with the IRS</li>
</ul>
Required skills and abilities:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting </li>
<li>7 to 10 years experience in accounting</li>
<li>Highly proficient in QuickBooks desktop accounting software</li>
<li>Excellent Organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li>
<li>Ability to effectively communicate to anyone at all organizational levels</li>
<li>Computer experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook at an advanced level</li>

<li> Provide legal counsel and guidance to HOA and COA boards on various issues including but not limited to governance, contracts, litigation, and dispute resolution.</li>
<li> Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to residential and commercial real estate transactions.</li>
<li> Provide legal representation for community associations in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation.</li>
<li> Advise and assist community associations in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules.</li>
<li> Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions on various matters related to community association law.</li>
<li> Prepare for and attend board membership meetings, offering legal advice and guidance as needed.</li>
<li> Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.</li>
<li> Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in community association law, real estate law, and related areas.</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li> Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.</li>
<li> Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.</li>
<li> Minimum of 5 years of experience in HOA law, COA/HOA, condominium and community association law, real estate, residential real estate, and commercial real estate.</li>
<li> Strong knowledge of applicable law is preferred.</li>
<li> Proven experience in preparing for and attending board membership meetings.</li>
<li> Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to interpret and draft legal documents.</li>
<li> Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal issues in an understandable manner.</li>
<li> Strong research skills with the ability to analyze and apply legal principles and precedents.</li>
<li> Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.</li>
<li> Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.</li>
<li> High level of professionalism and ethical standards.</li>
