Responsibilities

<li>Respond promptly to incoming sales leads and service requests from both technicians and customers&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with field technicians to assess service needs and determine the appropriate repairs</li>
<li>Source required parts and materials from vendors, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness</li>
<li>Prepare detailed estimates and professional proposals to present to customers</li>
<li>Follow up with customers to review proposals, address questions, and move the sales process forward</li>
<li>Upon customer approval, place orders for required materials and verify the correct parts are received</li>
<li>Coordinate with dispatcher to schedule service work efficiently</li>
<li>Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process to provide updates and manage expectations</li>
<li>Utilize the CRM/ERP system to track quote progress, job status, and material orders</li>
<li>Conduct post-service follow ups with technicians and customers to confirm work completion and customer satisfaction</li>
