Manyof our families have escaped domestic violence and strive to keeptheir families together and safe. Win’s Income Building Programsupports our clients by facilitating their transition fromunemployment to employment and helping those already employed toimprove their circumstances. This includes increasing wages, movingfrom part-time to full-time work, securing health benefits, andtransitioning from off-the-books to on-the-books positions.Additionally, Win offers financial literacy workshops to equip ourclients with essential skills such as budgeting, bill paying, andbasic fiscal management. Purpose of the Opportunity The Manager of Individual Gifts is responsible for identifying,cultivating, qualifying, and soliciting mid-level ($1,000-$4,999)donors to raise significant revenue for Win. Reporting to theSenior Director, Major Gifts, the Individual Giving officer managesaspects of the individual donor programs (events, communicationscontent, solicitation) to raise funds and donor commitments insupport of Win programs. Key Accountabilities
Donor Relations and Cultivation • Manage portfolio of donors supporting from $1,000-$4,999,including annual giving, from communications and engagement tosolicitation and stewardship. • Coordinate donor experiences involving Development and Programteams, including strategy development and preparation of briefingdocuments, formal proposals, and logistical support. • Oversee the acknowledgement and recognition processes formid-level donors, ensuring immediate, tailored, and accuratecorrespondence to donors, and on-going appreciation asappropriate.
Research and Metrics • Regularly provide reporting on mid-level financial progress as itrelates to overall goal. • Work closely with the Director of Development Operations todevelop systems and methodology to identify/qualify new Windonors. • Analyze donor data and fundraising metrics to assess performance,identify trends and share key learnings to inform strategicdecision-making.
 Data-Driven Approach • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date donor recordsin Salesforce, Win’s CRM database, with a focus on data hygiene.Work with the Development staff to ensure fulfillment andimplementation. • Track and report activities and progress towards goals throughthe fiscal year. Position Summary:
The Jacksonville Symphony Advancement Department raises fundsthrough donations from individuals, corporations, foundations, thepublic sector, and special events to support artistic andeducational programming and general operating expenses. TheDirector of Major Gifts will be responsible for increasing majorgifts from both individual donors and corporate sponsors, on alocal, regional, and national level. The Major Gifts Officer willwork to increase support by cultivating and stewarding effectiverelationships by maintaining an active fundraising schedule thatincludes strategic visits, and ongoing cultivation andsolicitation. They will maintain a portfolio of current andpotential donors, with six-figure plus capacity, excluding boardand honorary board members. The Director will also prepareproposals, grants, sponsorship agreements, make solicitations andcomplete all necessary follow-up to secure support. Director of Major Gifts - Jacksonville Symphony

Opportunity
Reporting to IRAP’s Executive Vice President, External Relationsand Chief of Staff, the Vice President (VP), Development will be anintegral member of the IRAP team, and involved in theorganization’s overall strategic development. They will oversee andmanage the organization’s fundraising strategy, development, andexecution, and will build key infrastructure and contacts tostrengthen and sustain its activities. In partnership with theExecutive Vice President, External Relations and Chief of Staff,the Development team, and other key stakeholders, the VP will be astrategic leader and frontline fundraiser, forging newrelationships to increase IRAP’s visibility, achieve ambitiousimpact, and secure long-term financial resources. They will lead,in partnership, the design and implementation of a comprehensive,clearly-articulated multi-year plan to maintain organizationalhealth in the years to come. The VP will hold a portfolio ofprincipal and major individual and institutional donors, and willbe responsible for personal fundraising performance alongside therest of the development team.&nbsp;
The VP, Development will have primary responsibility forestablishing and implementing the infrastructure needed to grow a$30M annual budget through the solicitation of grassroots tomajor/principal gifts, special events and virtual opportunities,and corporate and foundation support. They will expand anddiversify IRAP’s donor base/pipeline and work closely with otherteam members to secure funding for new initiatives. In addition,the VP will work closely with the Board of Directors on theirrespective individual fundraising / relationship-building plans,and encourage everyone, through many different avenues, to becomemore involved in helping the organization reach their fundraisinggoals.
The VP, Development will directly supervise the highly strategicDevelopment Leadership Team, comprising the Director of IndividualPhilanthropy, Director of Institutional Philanthropy, and theDevelopment Operations team lead, in addition to overseeing andleading the nine Development team professionals. They will also bea member of the Senior Management Team, responsible for helping todevelop a strategic execution plan to achieve organizationalresults.
Responsibilities

<li>Provide strategic vision and direction to build a first-ratedevelopment program, in partnership with the Executive LeadershipTeam, Development team, and Board of Directors, includingindividual, corporate, and foundation fundraising, and support andensure stellar development operations.</li>
<li>Through a combination of donor, prospect, Board, and staffengagement; intentional pipeline building and authenticstewardship; and creative and innovative fundraising strategies,lead the organization-wide goal of deepening existing andprospective funder relationships, and expanding and diversifyingthe base of supporters and ambassadors.</li>

Essential Functions&nbsp;

This is afull-time, exempt position with a competitive salary of $163,379.00annually. A geographic salary differential may be applied if thecandidate resides somewhere other than the Oakland, CA, LosAngeles, CA, New York City, or Washington, DC metro areas. Thismeans that the salary would be reduced if the candidate resides inan area where the cost of labor is less than that of the SanFrancisco Bay Area.&nbsp;

QUALIFICATIONS
 A successful Director of Advancementwill have:

About the Opportunity
Synergos is seeking an experienced Managing Director, GlobalPhilanthropists Circle to lead our network of philanthropists, acritical and growing arm of our organization.
This position is a full-time role reporting to the CEO and is akey member of the leadership team. The Managing Director willmanage the Global Philanthropists Circle, a global network withmembers from 30 countries that supports values-drivenphilanthropists and social investors to better address systemiccauses of poverty and inequity. They will oversee and supervise aglobal team with functions including planning, project management,budgeting and financial management, staffing, mentoring,resourcing, marketing and evaluation. The Managing Director willhave oversight over relationship management as well as membershipinitiatives including learning journeys, member meetings,collective action initiatives, and other programs with a goal ofattract new members and retain current members
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Operations
<ul>
<li>Lead a process to clarify the value proposition, futurestrategic direction and sustainable business model of our work withphilanthropists.</li>
<li>Implement the strategic direction for Philanthropy at Synergosensuring adequate systems, staffing, and resources are in place tosuccessfully deliver on its ambitious mission and goals.</li>
</ul>
Program and Business Development
<ul>
<li>Working with the Philanthropy team and other Synergosdepartments, design and execute a strong offering of products,programs, and services, including but not limited to membershipnetworks, collective action initiatives, and advisory service formembers that enhance their impact in line with Synergos’ mission,and drives continued/deeper engagement with Synergos overtime.</li>
<li>Design and execute a successful business development andresource mobilization strategy, in collaboration with other membersof the Synergos leadership team, for the global philanthropyprogram at Synergos, aligning to Synergos’ overall goals andmission (inclusive of cultivating new members; identifying andforging strategic partnerships; developing strategies for growthand diversification of income streams; etc.) Through membershipfees and grants, operate the GPC to provide Synergos withadditional unrestricted income to support its other programs andofferings.</li>
<li>Leading with humility, serve as a resource on philanthropy andinternational development trends for members and for other Synergosstakeholders, including the Synergos board.</li>

Team Management
<ul>
<li>Align the global Philanthropy team around a shared vision,strategy, and workplan, taking into account the diverse contextsand markets in which staff members work.</li>
<li>Assure capture of data on CRM and drive accountability,evaluation and assessment measures and systems to capture theimpact of the Philanthropy at Synergos.</li>
<li>Support global team members to achieve portfolio- andmarket-specific goals through mentorship, team workshopping, and/oradditional capacity.</li>
<li>Manage departmental budget and ensure responsible use ofresources within the team.</li>
<li>Serve as member of the Synergos Leadership Team, providingguidance and leadership in the overall development ofSynergos.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>At least 15 years of management experience, with a successfultrack record of managing and mentoring a global team, as well asexecuting strategic plans rooted in innovation, impact, andinclusivity.</li>
<li>Exceptional capacity for empathetic listening and authenticrelationship building with and across diverse sets of stakeholders.Ability to build trust-based, generative relationships with teammembers, (U)HNW families, donors, and investors.</li>
<li>Significant experience in building, managing, and facilitatingaction-oriented networks, ideally across public, private, nonprofitsectors and across global geographies.</li>
<li>Exceptional ability to manage and execute complex projects, asevidenced by strong experience in project planning and management,budgeting, and financial management.</li>
<li>A nuanced understanding and lived experience of the currentopportunities and challenges in global philanthropy and socialinvestment.</li>
<li>Experienced communicator and inclusive facilitator. Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Fluency in one or more languages in addition to English andexperience living and working in more than one countrypreferable.</li>
<li>Familiarity with organizing, community / network building, andinclusive facilitation methodologies.</li>
<li>Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to30%)</li>

Managing Director, Global Philanthropists Circle

Manage the relationships of our high-level donors andprospects as part of a major gifts program.
The largest guide dog school in North America, Guide Dogs forthe Blind, is looking for an experienced fundraiser to join us as aSenior Philanthropic Gifts Officer. Serving as astrong advocate of our mission, you will manage a portfolio ofhigh-level donors and prospects for our major gifts program. What You’ll Need:

<li>Working knowledge of fundraising or philanthropy guidelines,structure, and theory as well as principles of gift planning</li>
