JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active TX license or IMLC
- Board: ABEM Board Certified
- Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS
- Other Qualifications: Willingness to start promptly and submit documents within a week of offer
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide emergency medical care in a Level IV Trauma Center ED.
- Manage 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a).
- Manage an average of 31 patient visits per day, with a 22% pediatric volume.
- Coordinate with specialty backup services including Hospitalist, General Surgery, and Orthopedics.
- Ensure high patient satisfaction and quality care in a 10-bed ED.
