About the Opportunity
We are looking for Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our physician-owned, democratic group, providing emergency services throughout the Methodist Hospital System in San Antonio. This role offers genuine partnership opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative, physician-led environment.
Key Highlights:
- $80,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Competitive base salary plus RVU incentive structure
- Equal partnership available after 1,500 hours of service
- Flexible scheduling with options for locations and shifts
- Eligibility for HCA Resident Stipend Forgiveness Program
- All practice locations within a 20-25 minute commute on the North Side
- Faculty positions available for those interested in a new Emergency Medicine Residency Program
- Robust support from Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and ancillary staff
- High-volume practice with diverse patient acuity, exceeding 150,000 annual ED visits
Qualifications
- MD/DO with ABEM or AOBEM Board Certification or Eligibility
- Completion of an Emergency Medicine residency (ACGME or AOA)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Desire for long-term practice stability and ownership
