ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Schertz, TX for the 2026-2027 school year. Requirements
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license or ability to obtain
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or related field
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Ability to collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and school staff to support student goals
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans
- Support students with communication needs across various grade levels
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with educational teams
