ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Schertz, TX for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a great opportunity for an SLPA looking to make an impact supporting students' communication needs in a school-based setting.

Position Details

  • Position: Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
  • Location: Schertz, TX
  • School Year: 2026-2027
  • Schedule: Full-Time
  • Hours: 37.5-40 hours per week
  • Start Date: August 2026

Requirements

  • Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license or ability to obtain
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or related field
  • Experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and school staff to support student goals
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Support students with communication needs across various grade levels
  • Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with educational teams
