Talent Corps is seeking reliable Laborers with Concrete Experience to join our team on a project in San Antonio, TX (San Antonio and surrounding area).
This is an excellent opportunity to work full-time with steady overtime while gaining valuable experience in large-scale concrete construction.
Pay & Schedule:
- $18–21/hr (based on experience)
- Monday–Friday 6:30 am -2:30 pm (OT as needed)
Job Duties:
- Assist concrete finishers and form carpenters on site
- Prepare and stage materials for pours
- Place, vibrate, and help with finishing concrete
- General site cleanup and debris removal
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Dig, lift, and move heavy objects as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Prior construction or concrete site experience
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn concrete skills
- Must own and provide required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): hard hat, safety vest, work boots, and gloves
- Reliable transportation to the job site
- Must complete safety/orientation training (provided)
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and badging process
- OSHA certification a plus, but not required
