Job Description:
The Cognitive Performance Specialist (CPS) supports optimal aircrew performance through cutting-edge mental training strategies. This role delivers tailored instruction in cognitive enhancement techniques within the CRAFT program via training, assessments, and educational services to optimize aircrew performance. The CPS supports planning, execution, and validation of the human performance program at the assigned site. Also, the CPS integrates cognitive techniques into the broader services framework.

What You'll Do As a Certified Personal Trainer, you'll provide personalized, one-on-one and couples' fitness coaching in clients' homes, apartment gyms, or outdoor locations.

The Case Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating care for clients across PAX Health programs, including those supported through Workers’ Compensation, No-Fault, and other insurance-based programs. This role ensures that treatment plans are effective, timely, and efficiently executed.
The Case Coordinator serves as the liaison between clients, behavioral health providers, case managers, adjusters, and insurance representatives to facilitate recovery, ensure continuity of care, and support clients throughout their treatment journey.
 
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Schedule and oversee appointments, treatments, and follow-up care.</li>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients, behavioral health providers, case managers, adjusters, and insurance representatives.</li>
<li>Schedule re-evaluations with providers, ensure client attendance, and provide updates to appropriate parties.</li>
<li>Advocate for client needs while balancing the requirements of insurance programs and organizational policies.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate, up-to-date case files, including treatment plans, progress notes, re-evaluations, and communication logs.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all program requirements, insurance guidelines, and applicable regulations.</li>
<li>Work closely with PAX Health behavioral health providers and external specialists to monitor treatment progress.</li>
