POSITION SUMMARY
\n
We are looking for a Production Line Leader to support our facility in Audubon, PA. You will be responsible for assisting the Production Supervisor in the Production Team.
\n
\n
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
\n
Align with Production Supervisors on daily production goals
\n
Help to support employee training
\n
Support production line work stations to assure components are stocked up
\n
Pull materials & components in preparation for a Production Order
\n
Monitor flow of materials in the production line and proactively prepare for change of Production Order jobs
\n
Oversee safe use of equipment
\n
Perform verification of production output according to specifications
\n
Record and put away finished goods in a Warehouse Bin Location
\n
Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
\n
Consult new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
\n
Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards
\n
Assist in production line duties as needed
\n
Identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities
\n
\n
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
\n
High School diploma/GED required
\n
2+ years' work experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role preferred
\n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
\n
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
\n
Sharp production focus with a drive for accurate results
\n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\n
Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution attributes
\n
Ability to work with individuals with Special Needs
\n
Profound experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
\n
Strong organizational and leadership skills٫ together with a results-driven approach
