Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging lesson plans tailored for toddlers.
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration.
- Monitor and assess developmental milestones and progress of each child.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Utilize age-appropriate teaching methods and materials.
- Encourage social skills and emotional development through play-based activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom space.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and classroom activities.
Requirements:
- Experience working with infants/toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices
- TECE 1 and/or 2
- Background check clearance as per state regulations.
