Call Center Member Service Representative (Hybrid)
Philadelphia, Abington, Warminster & Fairmount, PA
$22.45/hour + Full Benefits
Monday-Friday | 8:45 AM-5:00 PM

We're hiring Call Center Member Service Representatives to support members with account services, digital banking, transactions, and financial inquiries.
What You'll Do:
- Assist members by phone, email, and in person
- Open accounts and support digital banking services
- Answer questions regarding loans and financial products
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience (banking preferred)
- Call center experience a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to travel between local branch locations as needed
- Must pass criminal and credit background checks
Training & Schedule:
- Paid 90-day training program (combination of in-office and hybrid training)
- Hybrid schedule after training (currently in office Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
- Primary work location will be the Warminster Call Center
- Must be willing to travel to other locations as needed (Philadelphia, Abington, Warminster, Fairmount)
