JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Process and fulfill parts orders using RF handheld scanners, ensuring accuracy of part numbers, quantities, and inventory locations.
- Review packing slips to determine proper order handling, disposition, and fulfillment requirements.
- Pick, pull, and bag parts orders efficiently, verifying accuracy before releasing orders for shipment.
- Deliver complete orders to the packaging area for final packaging and quality control review.
- Manage customer and service backorders, parts returns, and other assigned inventory-related activities.
- Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts while following all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with Leads and Supervisors to prioritize daily workflow, maintain dependable attendance, uphold professional relationships, and meet productivity and accuracy standards.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to use basic tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Forklift experience.
- Strong computer skills and experience with handheld scanners.
