Ecommerce Fulfillment & Warehouse Associate

Location: Warminster, PA (Approximately 40 minutes from Philadelphia)
Job Type: Full-Time (W-2)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour (Based on experience)

No evenings or weekend work required.

Blu Monaco is a fast-growing ecommerce company specializing in premium office and home organization products. We sell through Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Target, and other major online marketplaces.

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Ecommerce Fulfillment & Warehouse Associate who enjoys working with both physical products and technology. This is not a traditional warehouse position. A significant portion of your day will involve using computers, inventory software, barcode scanners, and shipping systems to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

Our warehouse is clean, organized, and handles primarily light to moderate-weight products.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, scan, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Process orders from Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Target, and other ecommerce platforms.

• Use inventory management software, barcode scanners, and shipping systems throughout the day.

• Print shipping labels and verify order accuracy before shipment.

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.

• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.

• Support additional warehouse projects, including kitting, labeling, product personalization, and future digital printing operations.

Qualifications

Reliability & Work Ethic

• Demonstrated history of reliability, punctuality, and excellent attendance.

• Stable employment history preferred. If you have significant employment gaps, we simply ask that they be briefly explained.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Looking for a long-term career rather than a temporary job.

Computer Skills (Required)

This position requires frequent computer use throughout the day.

You should be comfortable:

• Learning new software quickly.

• Working with multiple computer programs simultaneously.

• Accurate typing and data entry.

• Using inventory management and shipping software.

• Using barcode scanners and warehouse technology.

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• ShipStation

• Zenventory

• Amazon Seller Central

• Shopify

• TikTok Shop

• Walmart Marketplace

• Target Marketplace

• Microsoft Excel

• Google Workspace

Attention to Detail

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining near-perfect order accuracy.

• Able to identify errors before they become shipping mistakes.

• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining speed and accuracy.

• Takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk throughout the workday.

• Frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Comfortable bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the day.

Communication

• Basic English required to read shipping labels, inventory locations, and computer prompts.

• Able to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.

Growth Mindset

• Willing to learn new technology, warehouse systems, and digital printing equipment.

• Interested in growing with a company that is expanding into new products and fulfillment services.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour (Based on experience)
