<li>1+ years of retail experience; preferably in the vape/smoke shop industry.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work and open the store as needed.</li>
<li>Proven skills in business analysis, with the ability to execute company standards, goals, and financial plans successfully.</li>
<li>Experience producing results, managing, and developing employees, and succeeding in a retail environment.</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a meticulous manner.</li>
<li>Demonstrate effective communication and leadership skills for effective problem solving.</li>
<li>Initiative-taking leader, capable of motivating others to achieve company goals.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills in-person and over the phone</li>
<li>Must possess strong work ethic and people skills and be highly organized, able to multi-task and be meticulous in a demanding environment.</li>
